How to Use Bank

  1. Login to your PS Bank mobile app.
  2. Select “Fund Transfer” from the side menu.
  3. Select a source account.
  4. Choose a target account then select “TRANSFER TO UNENROLLED” button.
  5. Select “Other Bank” tab.
  6. Select “Infoserve/Nationlink”.
  7. Enter the account number and recipient’s mobile number (optional) and click “Proceed”.
  8. Fill in the Personal Details: name, address, contact number and recipient’s mobile number (optional) then click “CONFIRM”.
  9. Indicate the amount you wish to transfer.
  10. Select preferred schedule : Immediate via “InstaPay,” Within 1 banking day via “PESONet” or “Future date.”
  11. Review transaction details and submit. For unenrolled “other bank” accounts, the OTP is required to process the transaction.
  12. An SMS / e-mail transaction notification will be sent to your registered mobile / e-mail.
